Furthermore, constructing multilingual word embeddings that can represent words from multiple languages in a single distributional space is currently a thriving area of research in the machine-learning community (e.g., Chen & Cardie, 2018; Lample, Conneau, Ranzato, Denoyer, & Jégou, 2018).
